Doctor in the making. Builder of ideas. A man who reads, writes, and refuses to settle.
About
I'm Mohammad Faysal — a third-year MBBS student, a self-taught marketer, a builder, and someone who writes poetry at dawn and dissects anatomy by morning. People like me don't fit in one box, and I stopped trying to.
I grew up with a village dream — a hospital, a library, a coffee shop, a school — all in my hometown. That dream hasn't shrunk. If anything, it's gotten louder. I'm building toward it one discipline at a time.
Currently I run r2n (Road to Nursing), a nursing coaching edtech platform under FAY, while learning the skills that will make the bigger vision possible — marketing, AI, video editing, design, and everything in between.
My philosophy is simple: peace is the goal. Discipline is the method. And if I fail today, I start again tomorrow — no guilt, just movement.
What I Do
Pursuing MBBS with the goal of becoming a skilled, practicing doctor. Not just a degree holder — a physician with clinical depth and human empathy. The plan: BCS, postgrad in a chosen niche, then community medicine back home.
Founder of FAY. Building r2n — a nursing coaching and edtech platform — as the first venture under the FAY umbrella. More startups, more ideas, more execution on the horizon. Business is how the bigger dream gets funded.
Learning marketing and sales at their core. Studying AI automation to build smarter systems. These are the multipliers — the skills that make one person operate like ten.
Running an Instagram channel (igmdfsl) on philosophical and literary topics — Dostoevsky, Kafka, and beyond — in Bengali. Writing poetry. Reading literature. Cinematic storytelling is a long-term pursuit, not just a hobby.
Building hands-on skill in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Designing thumbnails, content, and brand assets. The goal: full creative control over every project I touch.
Training 4–5 days a week — calisthenics, compound movements, boxing. Building not just strength but athletic longevity. A healthy body is the foundation everything else stands on.
Vision
A peaceful life. Rich, skilled, free — with a hospital, a library, a coffee shop and a school in my hometown. Being with family in my village, but free. Free from everything.
Hospital
A community hospital in my hometown — accessible, caring, built on real medicine.
Library
A place where people go to think, read, and discover. My most personal dream.
Coffee Shop
A quiet, creative space — for conversations, for ideas, for good coffee.
Farm & School
Food, education, roots. Everything that builds a community that lasts.
Company
FAY is my company — a growing umbrella of ventures driven by one mission: build meaningful things, make money with purpose, and achieve freedom. Not freedom from work, but freedom to choose the work.
Every venture under FAY is a step toward the bigger picture — from EdTech to media to community businesses back home.
